Methodology

The course is an interactive, multi-media, self-paced learning tool including exercises and various downloadable kits and resources.

Who is the course aimed at

Target audience should include all medical management personnel who have direct responsibility at an operational level for the planning and implementation of Quality of Care improvement activities or for the training of field team that will be implementing the activities as well as field team members who will be implementing activities. This should include all level of medical personnel.
