How do I launch an online course?

Answer:

After you've enrolled in the course, on the course detail page you will be given a "Go to course" button on the right of the page.

How do I search for and register to join a course?

Answer:
Go to the Catalogue using the "Courses" link on the navigation at the top of the page. You can use the filters on the right to to narrow the results according to your interests.

Click on the course you're interested in and you'll be taken to a page with more detailed information about the course, and if the course allows self enrolment you'll be able to use the "Join this course" link on the right.
Alternatively, if enrolment is restricted, please contact your line manager by email to seek approval.

You can reset your password by clicking the forgotten password link on the login page.

The courses isn't loading: it says "pop up blocked".

Answer:

Some online courses open in new windows, called 'pop ups'. If this isn't working, it probably means your browser is set to stop pop ups appearing.

You can turn off pop-up blockers in your browser settings.
