LEARNING IN MSF
Training courses presented at our Training catalogue represent a part of the standard MSF learning solutions. They combine a mix of traditional face-to-face classroom type of programs together with an increasing offer of eLearning courses.
In certain cases programs are evolving into a blended/flipped format where course participants go through eLearning activities either before or after attending a face-to-face course.
The learning solutions at the Training Catalogue, although providing a standard response to recurrent needs, can also provide a base for developing tailor-made programs.
Additionally, they can feed a huge range of informal learning activities such as on-the-job training or e-communities of practice.
Whereas many of the MSF standard Learning Programs are usually delivered by an instructor (course facilitators, tutors, etc.) self-paced study is also a key element of training & development, being it part of the study activities that course participants are supposed to complete before attending specific group sessions or the possibility of taking a full course independently according to owns rhythm and needs.
